REVIVE!
After screwing around with demos and patches, I decided to once again say "Damn you all!" to PC gaming, and went back to console gaming. I go through phases like that. I hadn't touched my PS2 in a VERY long time before today. So, I traded in 8 old games for 2 new ones.
EB has a pretty good system. Trade in ANY 5 games for a free game off a specified list. One game on the list was actually Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. Brand new game for free (I hadn't played the trade-ins for probably about a year). The other games came to $23, so I put that towards a used copy of MGS3. Cost me $25 and some old games to get two new titles. Sweet deal.
Snake Eater is fantastic so far. I love how Hideo made fun of himself and his past mistakes right from the get-go. - SPOILER: When it seems like you have to play as another young blonde guy, then Snake pulls off the mask. lmao -

It'll probably turn out Decent. I'm sure he has his under studies. Shigeru Miyamoto hasnt been the Director of a Zelda game since Ocarina of Time and they've still turned out brilliant. Of course he's still involved in its creation, just not at all times. The same will probably apply to Hideo Kojima.
