Johnny, I think I have some form of paranoia.

Being on the internet we, in the CM community are a faceless bunch, as close as we might be. This concerns me. Recently there have been subtle hints of the possibility of people lying here. This has caused me to questions everyone and everything on here. I believe I am a puppet in a larger conspiricy. I have already discovered that Nikki is actually a 49 year-old pizza store manager from Ohio. But that is not surprising. I just want to know if my fears are grounded. Help!

I recommend a lobotomy and that you be commited to the local asylum.

No it didn't. It was just kind of annoying cause I could feel it. But i coughed and it fell off this morning. If it comes back...again then I shall see a doctor, if it doesn't then I shall assume i'm healthy.

Yeah, coughing can make it come off sometimes... I find pieces come off when I swallow sometimes. But I like to pick it off and get rid of it right away so I don't chance it hurting... and it doesn't always hurt... but when it does... oh man, does it hurt.

Oh yeah, and I don't know if I mentioned this already, but... it's a recurring thing. It's not always gonna be there (so long as you get rid of it by picking it off or whatever)... but it'll come back eventually (sometimes within like a week, sometimes longer). I'm not only speaking from personal experience, either... I had a friend who has it, too.

Isn't that for lack of iron or something? I get those a lot.

I have recurring stomach problems. I know it sounds gross, but I get a ton of gas buildup in my intestines and that leads to...unpleasantness. My stepmom said I need to drink more water and less tea. Is that all I need to do, or are there other suggestions?

BTW, I think my stomach became ruined when I ate a whole can of jalapeno peppers in grade 10.

Also, I have had a lump in my armpit for years now. It hasn't gotten bigger but it does hurt sometimes. It is visible as a slight bump in my skin. My doctor doesn't really know what it is. What could it be?
