haha i do have a lot of clay still left, and i wouldn't mind making a serenity model. bsg's models look really complicated, and with my perfectionist tendencies, i'll probably be at it forever, but serenity i could do. maybe i'll make little clay models of the characters too!

okay, so i've been working on this for so long i've kinda forgotten the time frame now. when the oskars rolled by, i had been working on it for two or three months non-stop (like, every night and most days). the goal was to have it done by the oskars. that didn't work. so after the oskars i stopped for a while, and only started again a couple of days ago.
it's inspired by the track "Femme" on the Tsubasa Chronicle Original Soundtrack - Future Soundscape IV, and based loosely on the character Ashura from the Tsubasa series.

i made it smaller here than it actually is so i don't break the cm, but for those wanting to see more detail (there's a lot of detail), click the image! hope you guys like it!

				My pride and joy:

Nah, I'm kidding. Although I did make that after stealing the idea from a random t-shirt.
I draw. I don't really have a particular artistic goal or anything, I just try to make the drawing I'm doing look like the picture I'm looking at. I tried.
I used a picture of George Clooney for this one. I needed a model for how I interpreted Jean Val Jean to be. Excuse the mistakes.

Sorry the first one is so big...

hahaha the cube doesn't dance! because...it's not a square. lol!
nice drawing of george clooney. he would actually have been perfect as jean val jean in his younger days

well i'd think that the cube would be the only dancer, because he's NOT square. Ya know like "square" as in the old term for lame or nerd...

but but.. its hip to be square!

I regret not buying the t-shirt with that on it now! Maybe the squares are dancing, and are even more square/lame because they are dancing like... squares.
And thank you. The Jean Val Jean thing was for a school project, and I figured that even though the book says that he's an ugly guy, there was no point in trying hard to draw someone ugly.

oh hi guys! yes, i'm posting artwork. and if you think the timing is coincidental, well...it's not!

so this one came together rather quickly, considering how full it is. i started it about two months ago and was working at it on and off. photoshop worked magic for me this time; i don't know how i ever drew without it. bigger version is linked in case someone wants to see it closer.
the inspiration for this one was, again, a song. anyone want to guess which one? not an olp song, but it's by a band that a few people around here listen to.

guesses?
