I exercized more last week than i think i ever have
i did the walk for Alzheimers. the walk for hunger, played football for 2 and a half hours straight and had 2 gym classes
I love football!!!!
too bad i disslocated my shoulder playing this summer, i still cant throw right without hurting myself 
   
 
maybe i'll be lucky and lose some weight if i play football every week

 Supposedly, it draws the veiwer's eye there better than anything else. If you're doing a person, you should be able to draw a line more or less a third up or third down through their eyes.
