so were these people hanging around a military site. were they human shields, were they forced to stay in Iraq? the article is a little short and lacking details.

Yes and did you see that it was ALL in the presidential district of Baghdad!! We are doing EVERYTHING to limit civilian casualties contrary to some of your opinions. We could just level the whole city in one night. Game over! But we're not. This is war people. Did the Romans kill only military?Did you guys catch the begginning of the "Shock and Awe" air strikes?
