so, the maximum sentance for tampering with evidence is 10 years? Before opening statements, she pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence, which could lead to a sentence of up to 10 years.
how is that a plea bargin? he got the maximum sentance. dude. he got fucked.Jackson and his cousin, Herbert Tyrone Cleveland, pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence to help Mallard. Jackson received a 10-year sentence; Cleveland, nine years. As part of plea agreements, they were to testify at Mallard's trial.

I agree. She could have called an ambulance or drove to a hospital. This guy may have still been alive today. But no...she just had to let him stay in her windshield and die of pain. That's fucking sick. For Your Lungs Only wrote:The only thing that would be just is if they stripped her naked, cut her body in random places, tied her down to a table, and put her in a desert to die. I mean, if she lets a man suffer and die like that, shouldn't she have the same fate?

It's sad that even when all the evidence is present to convict someone, they sometimes get off with only a year in prison.

That's some crazy stuff. That means that they have pinpointed the DNA genes that determine whether you are black or white. Long term this means that gene splicing babies from black parents could be made to be white and vice versa. Scary.starving eyes wrote:yeah corey, i saw that on this special about some serial killer. some sort of new DNA testing. i can't remember the name of the lab that does it though, but it's just one guy in all of the US right now. he's going to make a bleeding fortune off of it.
