Cause when he was writing the song he felt like a stalker...you know the whole "Right Behind You" bit. yeah. and "Mafia" is better then "creepy guy fallowing you around"....and shorter too.

Before "Mafia", Raine was talking about how it was "always called Mafia, it was never anything else... just kidding", then said something about how they "felt the song title should have some words that are actually in the song".
