Whenever death may surprise us,
let it be welcome
if our battle cry has reached even one receptive ear
and another hand reaches out to take up our arms.
Nobody's gonna miss me, no tears will fall, no ones gonna weap, when i hit that road.
my boots are broken my brain is sore, fer keepin' up with thier little world, i got a heavy load.
gonna leave 'em all just like before, i'm big city bound, your always 17 in your hometown

you know different songs mean different things to people. I mean since this is suppose to be a thread about songs that put you in the mood. Well hey hearing a MONK CHOIR could do that. We don't know. As I said in a previous post, my friend and I made CD's with a bunch of songs about sex, love, romance, etc. Not necessarily what would put us in the mood, but songs dealing with those moods.
It wouldn't so much be the songs for me, but the person I was with. It wouldn't matter what was playing if I was into them-although I think it would sort of bother me if a song I really hated was on the radio.
-then that song would be forever inprinted in your mind.

I feel love, I feel a power. It comes to me in the darkest hour. And I want to feel it again
