So, I hear the reason the plane crashed is cuz of Canadian Geese. Hmph...

I blame Canada.

You would think they would have figured out to put a cover over the jets to prevent birds flying/getting sucked into them. Wouldn't that be a duh?

Well if they just put like a thin mesh over it or something it can't restrict it that much - it can still have some big holes in it, but not big enough for a bird to get through!

it may not seem like much but when you consider that shuttle that went down a few years ago was due to a small piece of insulation breaking off or the shuttle that exploded on take off was due to a missing 5 cent washer or something along those lines im not surprised heh

they do have covers but when you hit a bird at that speed it breaks through pretty much anything.

It is truly remarkable how that plane landed. that pilot knows his stuff.
