You can always count on Matt to break up a CM fight. From what I can tell he's a great guy and a huge supporter of Walmart... I think he wants to be co-owner of the chain when he gets older... or maybe it was just manager of the store... either way he's got a head on his shoulders and knows what he wants out of life (or seems to).

I haven't had the pleasure of talking to Matt too much.

However, he always provides that laugh I really need in his posts. Not to mention, the self confidence boost!

Super hard worker! Wal-Mart is a crazy place to work in, managing at one must be insane.

He also does a lot to keep the hub running!
